Since the meter manufacturer is not providing an official Windows system
driver for 64bit platforms we are providing a workaround for 64bit which
is working fine:

The used chipset with Agamatrix and BGStar meters is a Silicon Labs product.
Therefore the original driver package from Silicon Labs are working fine.
The only thing which needed a small modification of the driver setup is the
Agamatrix device id which is slightly different. This id was put to the
setup configuration of Silicon Labs and this is also the reason why you
will be prompted with a warning message during install that the package
is unsigned and probably unsecure!
If you have completed the setup the virtual com port will be shown in device
manager as a "Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge" instead of the
"zero-click" labelled com port on 32bit platforms.

This workaround was found by SiDiary user Daniele Gariboldi which shared his
efforts with the community. Big thanks to him!
